Registration fee covers a congress briefcase, printed materials and participation in scientific events.
18% VAT will be added to the above-mentioned registration fees.

Everything is included in the above-mentioned accommodation package prices.
Accommodation prices include breakfast, dinner, lunch at the congress hotel on scientific program days, and coffee breaks.
For stays of less than 4 nights, a 4-night accommodation fee will be charged.
NON-ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION FEES

In the event that the accommodation is not taken at the congress hotels or the accommodation is not made through FLAP TOUR, the package fee of 7080 TL will be added to the registration amount during the congress. If the external participation fee is not paid, we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress, as entrance to the congress hotel will not be possible.
CONGRESS SHUTTLE FEES

Flap Tour should be contacted for any private shuttle request. The fee will be charged individually.
For private transfer requests, it is necessary to contact Flap Tour. Charges will be made separately.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
In the cancellation request made before 1 July 2022, 10% of the deposited registration fee will be refunded after deducting the bank charges.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made after July 1, 2022.
Only name changes will be accepted after July 1, 2022.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
Note: An additional amount of 10% will be added to the remaining balance payments of the companies that want to make the balance payments from the Registration, Accommodation or Sponsorship fees on a date after the CONGRESS end date.
